Well I've really had enough of trying to get a satisfactory image of the Iris Nebula for a while. This one has beaten me for a while. Anyway, here is what 20ish hours of data and some hair loss during processing gets me. #astrophotography #astronomy #space #nebula #touptek

Well, 4 nights on the Pinwheel Galaxy and had a play with SetiAstroSuite. Really not sure I've got the hang of it yet. 20ish hours of LRGB and got 4 hours of Ha to add at some point. #Astrophotography #Astronomy

The joys of waking up in the morning to find your imaging session died about an hour after you went to bed. Oh well, there will be other nights to add to the data. Anyway, tried a few different things with the 1.5h I got on the Monkey Head Nebula. Rough data so better to come. #Astrophotography

Ok AstroFam, just tried adding some Ha to my LRGB Bodes data and wondering if anyone has any good workflow tips for adding it. Just seems kinda saturated a little too much but don't want to dial the Ha down too much. #Astrophotography #Touptek #Skywatcher #Astronomy

Well it's Friday night and the skies are clear so it's party time in the astro world. First 180s Sii sub of the evening on the Jellyfish Nebula and looking ok. Hope it stays clear, got 5 hours until it dips too low and might shift to the Pinwheel Galaxy after. #Astrophotography #Astronomy

Just pushed last nights data through pixinsight for a quick and dirty process. Alnitak ruined the image, well my Oiii filter did, massive halo and too frustrating to deal with so dynamic crop went to work. I'll play with it some more when I have time. #astrophotography

First mono processing in over a decade. Bodes and the Cigar galaxy, core blown out but happy with first proper night back with a mono camera. Only got a couple of hours LRGB, mostly G as the filterwheel usb fell out so lost 5 hours of clear skies. #astrophotography #astronomy #Touptek #Skywatcher
