First five books of 2025 finished! #booksky First book of the year was The Party by Tessa Hadley. I've never read any of her stuff before, but I enjoyed this. I prefer her to Claire Keegan, but when it comes to short stories, Katherine Mansfield still holds the place in my heart. 6.5/10
