Today we announced a non-binding agreement to acquire Mynaric, a leading provider of laser communications for air, space, and mobile applications, as part of our latest strategic step toward our own future constellation as an end-to-end space company. Learn more: bit.ly/4iDity4

We're gearing up for 2 Electron launches within 3 days' of each other from LC-1 this week! With our next launch set for NET March 15 NZDT, our 5th launch for @kineisIoT is scheduled three days’ later NET March 18 NZDT for back-to-back Electron launches from LC-1. More info: bit.ly/41SUkhj

Encapsulated and ready for launch. The QPS-SAR-9 satellite for iQPS has been attached to Electron and is safely housed inside the rocket’s nosecone. Four days to the opening of the launch window for ‘The Lightning God Reigns' on March 10th UTC. Mission info: www.rocketlabusa.com/missions/nex...

Bringing a spacecraft back to Earth is a highly complex process. But the @VardaSpace, @RocketLab and @SouthernLaunch teams make it look easy! Go behind the scenes to see how it's done - bit.ly/3DhBHug

Europe should quit Maxar and move to competitor BlackSky, deployed by Rocket Lab launches, while preparing a sovereign alternative.

Rocket Lab business opportunities increase by the day as Elon Musk is literally self-destructing with his unhinged behavior.

The French Eutelsat with its OneWeb megaconstellation is soaring while in the process of replacing Starlink's 40k terminals in Ukraine in months while also in discussions with Italy and Canada for their swap from Starlink mezha.media/en/news/eute...

Venus is a step closer. We're launching the first private Venus mission to search for signs of microbial life. The probe’s heatshield, vital for protecting it during its journey through Venus’ atmosphere, recently passed a fit check at NASA's Ames Research Center. Learn more: bit.ly/3EZFwon

Meet Flatellite - A scalable, long-life, high-power, stackable satellite that enables secure, low-latency, high-speed connectivity and remote sensing capability. It's a bold, strategic move toward operating our own constellation. More: bit.ly/41AS4LQ

Firefly Blue Ghost lunar lander, packed with Rocket Lab technology is the first US lander for a long time and first private US lander to fully successfully land on the moon. This bodes well for Neutron propulsive landing reuse to succeed soon to break SpaceX F9 monopoly www.space.com/the-universe...

What’s a road trip to the Moon without the perfect roadmap? For Firefly's Blue Ghost mission, Rocket Lab's experienced team and suite of space software helps map it out. Next stop...the Moon! 🌑

We've successfully completed our Critical Design Review for the Space Force's Space Systems Command VICTUS HAZE mission - a project that will see us build a spacecraft for rendezvous proximity operations, then launch it on Electron with just 24 hours’ notice. More here bit.ly/41uq6RP

Musk is canceling NASA contracts... With his SpaceX contracts with NASA... Isn't this a direct conflict of interest? And a violation of federal ethics rules? Subject to immediate termination for Elon Musk as a federal employee?

🚀 Launch Update 🚀 Electron is ready for lift-off, but the latest COLA report is in & it rules out our instantaneous launch opportunity for tomorrow’s launch. We have backup launch opportunities in the coming days that meet customer requirements, so these 5 satellites will be in orbit in no time.

Wet dress rehearsal complete. Onward to launch. Targeting 9:43 am on Feb 4th NZT for lift-off from Launch Complex 1 for Kineis (20:43 Feb 3rd UTC).

Recently regarding SpaceX Starship IFT7 ship explosion accident being bad for air traffic I told a pro-Elon handle you cannot trust FAA as Project 2025 is already affecting its petformance. I couldn't imagine Elon's influence was this bad, apparently the DOGE practically causing the Potomac accident

L-1 week until the next batch of KineisIoT satellites is launched to orbit on Electron. We're building out their entire constellation of 25 spacecraft across five launches. Three are done, two to go! Currently targeting lift-off for no earlier than Feb 4th NZT from Launch Complex 1.

New launch update 🚨 We’ve signed a contract for a dedicated Electron launch for constellation operator OroraTech. Lift-off is just a few weeks away to get them on orbit quickly to meet the requirements of their wildfire detection mission. Full details: bit.ly/4aup3Ej

Next on the pad: A dedicated Electron launch for Kinéis We're targeting no earlier than Feb 4th NZT for lift-off from Launch Complex 1. Mission info: bit.ly/3Cs3uHK

I’ve never seen Greta Thunberg give the Nazi salute.

Dear community, last time you helped us reach lots of new BlueSky followers. Now that we see that there is an exodus on X, it is important that these people can also find us on BlueSky for all necessary updates about Ukraine. Would you like to share this message, preferably with a quote? Thanks!

There seems to be an early DoS attack on Bluesky as I found myself on a block list called "MAGA trolls and fascists" by genevieve.foodsky.social and folks on the list me included are progressives, opposite of MAGA or fascist. I recently deservingly criticized Elon/SpaceX replying to a Elon fan.

Rocket Lab has a broader end-to-end offering for paying customers than SpaceX given RL Space Systems does satellites & spacecraft, components, software and services vs SpaceX only doing launch and Starlink. Once RL gets Neutron and own constellation business going the difference will be even bigger.
