My favorite part of Pilates tonight was at the very end of a long left leg series she had us with our legs out straight and said to lift it.. lift it a little more.. a little more and I just dropped my leg bc I had nothing left. Her reply “well that one went the wrong direction!” 😂🫠😵‍💫💀
