I used @crinrict.com's tutorial to look at both my old & new saves. It seems in the old one, everything got cleaned up with the fix. However in the new one, there were some drinks, plates and food stands. The difference is in the old one, I never visited San Myshuno post-fix. The new one I did.

Thank you SO much Karo for this info! Turns out the festivals bug "fix" isn't a fix at all. The items are still piling up - they simply made them invisible 😤 So we're still at the same issue with apartments, penthouses, residential rentals and dorms. There's preventative steps in this thread.

I'm SO glad I transferred my legacy sims to a new save a few weeks back. I did it because of the festival lots bug - which got fixed as I finished 😂. But now stuff is disappearing from lots in my old save so I think it's corrupted. The new save had For Rent disabled. Just gonna keep it that way 😒

Cool! I got an email from EA Playtesting offering me a chance to take a long-ass 30 minute survey. The screening questions asked how many EPs and GPs you own, as well as checkboxes for how you like to play (building, CAS, how many sims, occults vs. non-occults, etc). I hope I get picked!
