I always say this: you can’t relinquish violence entirely when you negotiate or apply pressure because doing so calls your own bluff. You ALWAYS want to point a loaded shotgun at your adversary’s face even if you never intend to use it. The potential for violence is key to leverage.

I’m really jealous of the Korean Court system right now. The chart shows each judge’s decision on each charge brought against Yoon. The court is unanimous on upholding every single charge, despite the court being split 3-3-2 between liberals, moderates, and conservatives.
