Last August I ran into Senator Durbin in Chicago. In person he looks older than his 80 years. He had trouble walking. His retirement is appropriate. Now it’s time for more vigorous leadership to fight the fascist MAGA movement.

This is prima facie evidence of contempt of court (in this instance the unanimous Supreme Court decisions requiring due process and to facilitate the return of Mr Garcia). It reveals a bad faith refusal to give Mr Garcia (and others kidnapped by the Trump regime) due process and return them.
