#ThickTrunkTuesday #Trees At the southern end of Yosemite #NationalParks you'll find Mariposa Grove, home of sequoia and redwood trees. This is the "Grizzly Giant", the largest tree by volume in the grove. #photography #california

One of my tree friends, The Birnam Sycamore, Perthshire 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Just two of the millions of living beings in #Scotland who do not welcome the prospect of the orange one visiting our left-leaning country. Scots stand for all that is decent and humane. The Ents say they will #resist and so shall I.

Anti-crepuscular rays through frozen birch woodland in the Scottish Highlands. (maybe they are crepuscular but appear to originate from the suns reflection. Happy to be advised by any meteorologists here!) #landscapephotography #scotland #naturephotography #mist
