Stranded jellyfish on the beach in Cannon Beach, Oregon. Anyone know the name of this creature?

The Columbia River empties into the Pacific Ocean at Astoria, Oregon. Ocean going ships enter and leave between the two jetties that were built. The jetties can be seen in the photo (two lines in the water) and are two miles apart! The Columbia River begins in British Columbia.

April 2020. COVID lockdown has begun. To illustrate, this the Broadway Bridge over the Willamette River in Portland, OR. Normally, there would have been so many cars and trucks on it, that I could not even get to the center of the bridge, let alone stand there and take a photo!

Dead red needles, frozen green eucalyptus leaves and dried golden grass stems. Don't let the cruelty in the world cause you to overlook the beauty in the world.
