It is wild to me that in 2025 on one of the more conservative pop stations in VA you can play Pink Pony Club and yet we are still talking about LGBT rights like we aren’t all grooving to that song. Like just goes to show that everyone can put blinders on for pop culture. Wild.

Okay real talk: I get it. The Millenial yelp sound, that sort of pop folk sound from the 2010s, I get why so many people turned on it, I do. It became synonymous with commercialized indie music. ... but the next person to suggest that Mumford and Sons was actually overrated/awful? Pistols at dawn.
