Even to the extent that she was there on Michigan's behalf, what is it going to take to convince people normal politics is over? If it's not undesirables who haven't done anything being sent to a gulag or people getting arrested for their opinions, what will it take? What would Trump have to do?

I still don't understand why SCOTUS just lets DOJ say that sending immigrants to a brutal foreign prison with no due process is "foreign policy." It really isn't! It turns an easy due process case into a much more difficult separation of powers case. (Hey -- maybe I just answered my own question!)
