How do we fix gov bloat and efficiency? Hint: it’s not by cutting employees. Federal employees make up less than 4% of the budget, and federal agencies are consistently under-staffed. Answer: Cut programs, not people. We will have more people for less tasks, and then we can get stuff done on time!
