I'm in the process of deleting my presence from Amazon, Alphabet (Google), Meta, and other places. I changed my phone number and I've started using Proton Mail, MySudo, Privacy.com, and Bitwarden to secure my online accounts, utilizing unique email aliases and generated passwords for each account.
