Thanks to @gregjenner.bsky.social for making me cry with laughter this afternoon while reading, and inventing, the most random idioms for Google. It’s cheered up my disabled rest/recovery/everything hurts day and made me feel like a minted baboon.

So I tried to act healthy again and after an hour my disabled body is taking revenge. Unable to sit up from the exhaustion. I’m lucky that hubby and I own our own business and he can pick up the slack while I collapse. Yes I work, but I can’t see an employer ever putting up with this.
