The president is trying to break the Constitution and daring any part of the US government to act against him. Authoritarians often defy courts this way. *But in our case, Congress and the courts can still act.* No secret police or general would arrest them. Singly or in concert, they should act.

Trump talking to Musk - about incarcerating NOT JUST American citizens that are criminals currently incarcerated here... But also "non productive" citizens. I really really hope that @hcrichardson.bsky.social addresses this during her Virtual Town Hall in just an hour... (Everyone should attend)

Being new to Bluesky, I haven't even really gotten into my #1 topic, sexism in music.

An old Dr. Ramani video really hit me today. Society says to make a purpose out of what you survived (I won’t be specific, as I was threatened with a defamation suit) but that pressure can be a continuation of the pressure you unfairly felt before. Just let yourself be.

A) this is patently false. Many infectious diseases can and do kill “healthy” people. B) those who aren’t “healthy” matter too. Statements like this play into the assumption that disabled and vulnerable people are expendable. That only the “strong” deserve to survive. It’s eugenics.
