My bread turned out OK yesterday. I measured all ingredients on a scale but still did not want to form nice dough ball in mixer after 10 minutes - ended up adding more flour until it did. Now enjoying a rustic avocado toast with my home made bread for breakfast…

Have “Lola” the polar bear Wooble amigrumi completed. This is the fourth time I’ve completed this pattern. Don’t love doing mini Pom-Pom’s but they get easier each time I do them. With amigrumi, imperfections add personality to them…. To a point :)

Been learning how to make bread with my KitchenAid stand mixer. Finding it is not easy after a few mediocre loaves of bread the past few weeks. So - obtained a few items to help me out. Several bakers on YouTube say you need to weigh the dry ingredients or it is just a crap shoot….
