I think I would be more excited to go to work tomorrow if I didn't have to deal with people who don't understand what the green light is above the register and can't read an open sign.

Remember this all the time!

It's been a long two weeks. I'm praying I can make it through today, and be able to enjoy my weekend.

BREAKING: Don Jr. just said: “I honestly can’t imagine anyone in their right mind picking Ukraine as an ally... Honestly, the US should have been sending weapons to Russia.” America is officially siding with our enemies. Make sure everyone sees this.

Very good reply.😂

Why Preserving Your So-Called “Mental Health” by Going to Concerts, Flying, and Eating in Restaurants During an Airborne Pandemic Should Always Be Prioritized Over Your Long Term Physical Health

Anybody else just tired of life right now, or is it just me?

I think that's twice in almost two months that my coworkers have asked me if I have any extra masks because they feel sick/have COVID.

Is it considered an insult when a customer at work says 'you're smart for wearing your mask' when she herself isn't wearing one in a grocery store on a busy Saturday, and the day before the Superbowl??

Life is exhausting. At least I can drool over my favorite characters from Ghostbusters 😍

For some reason, I've been on a Ghostbusters mood. I've been watching the first two movies a few times in the last three days 😀

I'm not shopping at target anymore. Unfortunately, Walmart is the only place in town I can use my care credit card for my cat supplies, and Hy-Vee for fuel. Otherwise I wouldn't shop there

Never again means never again for anyone.

Clearly no one read her book.

NPR’s It’s Been a Minute is working on a series about loneliness, and we want to hear from you. What does loneliness look like for you? How did you come to realize it was a problem? If you’re older than 18, send us a voice memo to IBAM@npr.org to tell us more.

I'm thinking of leaving Target and Walmart behind and spend my money elsewhere. I'm looking at other options like Costco. Any reviews? Or any legit online grocery that offer delivery to Iowa??

So not to alarm anyone but someone just reached out to me on here about freelance writing work (no info on company, pay, ai policy, etc) and I blocked them but I’m starting to suspect LinkedIn has breached containment so be on the lookout for raptors in business attire.

I am a gender fluid person struggling in general. I'm thinking of doing a weekly support group on here. Like I post asking how everyone is doing, wins and experiences in lgbtq+.

And so it begins 😪😪😪

I'm gender fluid, I identify as male half of the time. I can promise you, I'm a better man than a lot of people who voted in this clown. Please talk to me if today is too much

Alt text to improve accessibility: “The ovulation tracking app Ovia now mandates you identify what state you live in. Delete immediately and warn other women” PSA: this impacts all ovulating people, not just those who identify as women

I told a friend yesterday that I wish I could go into hermit mode for the next four years. Working in retail while all this is happening is starting to be too much. But I enjoyed how the topic went from going to hermit mode to being small footed hobbits 😄

Friendly reminder

I’m sorry but the fact that Congress is about to throw immigrants under the bus at the very same time that countless immigrants in California are risking their lives to protect neighborhoods many of them could never aspire live in is breaking my brain in a whole new way.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Anyone else feeling conflicted about closing their Facebook accounts due to their recent actions? Honestly, I go on Facebook for the support groups I'm in. Any advice??

Self care Sunday begins with cold brew in below freezing weather, and spending an hour training at the gym. Whoo!

So nice to finally share a positive healthcare story! Community and Choice is a new clinic in Edmonton. Dr. Boris Henriquez and Lola Gonzalez provide reproductive healthcare, gender-affirming care, and more. Abortion is healthcare. And gender-affirming care saves lives. communityandchoice.com 💖

Been an odd day. I think the maga bastard that harassed me twice for wearing a mask was actually trying to be civil with me while I was working. I'm still on guard around him and still won't help him at checkout though
