A friend from the VA just sent this and asked me to share. PMDB is Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior in the workplace. THIS is the real war against women: being forced to say there are only 2 genders but not being allowed to mention 96% of violence is perpetrated by men.

Today is a solemn day of remembrance for the millions murdered in the Holocaust.   On the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, we look to our history as a warning against the dangers of antisemitism and intolerance and honor the promise: never again.
