Amid fears of ICE, Latino business owners in cities throughout Massachusetts are reporting dramatic decreases in sales. We visit New Bedford's Acushnet Avenue to see how shop owners are coping.

Let's go on a dessert crawl:

Some of the best political/cultural satire out there is the weekly "Editorial Cartoon" from The Onion, week in and week out.

Massachusetts has notoriously high energy prices, but for a lot of residents — especially those who heat with natural gas — this winter has taken sticker shock to a whole new level. For @wbur.org, I break down what's going on 👇 www.wbur.org/news/2025/02... #energysky

1. Amazing advice from Kat. 2. I definitely agree with the descriptive writing skills improvement. It makes you think about how you'd describe this photo to someone who can't see it. Really a good brain exercise. 3. You should follow Kat.

Use alt text. Use alt text. USE ALT TEXT. It makes your images accessible. It allows people to mute words. It makes it so people won’t reply “who is that”??? It improves your descriptive writing skills. It includes more people, which means more engagement. It takes just a few extra seconds.

This retrospective from @wbur.org's @bertoscalese.bsky.social is so so good. Take a look back at the snow and rain storms that live as local legends here. And learn which snowstorm was the biggest in Boston history... and it's not the legendary Blizzard of 1978. www.wbur.org/news/2025/02...

I mean not right now it's not.

So you're saying there's a chance. #CurlyW

Breaking news in the mayor's race. No, not that one.

These look AMAZING!

This trip was amazing. Making it even that much better was it was during the historic back-to-back blizzards that hit Washington DC and dropped more than two feet of snow. Packing my bags now to go back.
