I hope people get violently angry about what happened to Johnathon Joss. On the first day of Pride he was shot and killed by homophobes who burned down his house and killed his pets. They were openly bigoted towards him and the police didn't do anything to protect him even after facing violence.

This statement from Jonathan Joss's husband is heart breaking. No, headline writers, he wasn't "killed in an argument with a neighbor." He was *deliberately murdered* for being gay right after his dog was decapitated. Bet the murderer calls himself a "Christian." THIS is why Pride is important.

Unbelievably horrified by this attack in Boulder. We don’t know the full story of the attacker, but no matter what it is, let me be clear: Senseless, antisemitic attacks do not help Palestinians, Jews, or Israelis. Committing terror attacks against people standing for hostages is disgusting.
