Yes, but it's not like m(any) state explicitly that using the works to train AI is strictly prohibited.

For future, is there some detail that can be added to the small print on the copyright, ISBN etc. page that explicitly states this is prohibited? And if yes, how impactful (or not) would it be? If theft is going on, surely it's considered a crime?
