If my unrealized gains count against me, yours should count against you. Either they aren't real, and shouldn't count towards wealth or loans, or they are and can be taxed. Maybe we tax all loans based on unrealized gains. That might work.

Infuriating! 😡 Don’t Cut My Medicaid! The majority of my son’s medical team are in Austin (1.5 hr drive), some in Houston (3 hrs), one in Dallas (5 hrs). Telehealth appts are needed & necessary! My son has extreme car anxiety, not to mention wear and tear on our car, gas! 🤬 And we’re not alone!
