So much horror is being buried in these Executive Orders, but this paragraph literally mandates the "l'etat, c'est moi" approach. Any exec branch employee (i.e. almost all gov't workers), if this EO is upheld, cannot defend the constitution if the president and AG are assaulting it. This is FUBAR.
