The demise of 51th GRAU Arsenal are more likely the result of a clandestine special ops than that of a long-range attack by UAVs. Bogs and swamps surround the area. Close to Moscow but few civil residences. Snow cover is gone. Russians are drunk (Easter). Perfect conditions for a sabotage.
