Perhaps a small, sweet surprise with all these recent developments is that Mallow and Gouto have been peacefully coexisting. Usually, Gouto hates having Mallow even within sight, but I think she's tolerating it for now and he seems to be watching over her. Thanks for that, bud.

An update on our senior cat, Gouto. We did a number of tests on her and found the following results. She's got a bacterial infection which is causing her UTI. She's also showing hyperthyroidism despite ongoing treatment for it, so we'll have to switch her to different meds. And lastly--

So, this isn't great but after coming home and waking up today, I found that our geriatric cat may need to go to the vet a little urgently this week. I have her scheduled for Friday. I extended the sale and upped the goal to hopefully cover everything.

I started feeling really ill this morning. Dizzy and feeling pukish. I did end up emptying my breakfast out onto the toilet. Haven't thrown up like that in awhile. Been in bed all day. Body in lots of pain. I just had a little cry 😮‍💨 it's been such a hard week.
