Went to a run in the sun event today 😵‍💫 My brother ran the 8k. My wife, kids, and sister ran the 1 mile. I walked the 1 mile with my mom to help her through it. It was rough, and hot, but I managed to get her through it :D I don’t run, but it was for her💕
