Hey, dudes who've been to therapy. Or I guess just people. I only have six sessions and I've burned thru two of them. We still haven't even discussed my PTSD, should I be aggressive and bring it up? Or wait for her? On one hand, I know it's my brain, but also she's the expert on brains.

I honestly fail to see the use of a sprint retrospective every two weeks. I think a more beneficial tool would be some kind of wiki or other pseudo social media app that allows participants to document "what went well" and "what went wrong" as it occurs.

I would love to see a season 5 of Shoresy, with Jonesy and Riley. What a great fuckin show. Every single season a standalone story but it sets itself upon the last season for a new while simultaneously telling a new story and closing the series out. Or setting it up for another season who knows
