Just finished Death of the Author. Loving every periwinkle edged page bit as I got toward the end I was thinking @nnedi.bsky.social what are you doing there’s not enough pages left to end this well. Then I got to it. Oh. That. Was. Brilliant.

Amazing goal by Donley from near the halfway line to put #LOFC 1-0 up against Man City in the FA Cup tie. It bounced off the crossbar and from the side view it looked as though technically the Man City goalie knocked it in, but it was still spectacular.

Whenever I step into a moving walkway that is not in fact moving, my whole upper body lurches forward as I automatically compensate for a change in momentum that never happens. One day I'm actually going to fall over, and it's going to be the most embarrassing thing ever.
