In re to ceasefire: If you know the history of DJT, you know he tries to will things to be true by saying it out loud. Ex: with the USFL, he told owners he had spoken to big networks, and they were a go for a switch to fall season—they weren't. He'd told networks the owners were a go—they weren't.
