Pizza-making Week 7 was a HUGE SUCCESS! These were NY-style pies made by following the recipe from the Ooni Pizza Project book that a follower recommended. These were legit — crispy and crunchy on the outside but chewy when you bit into them. I can’t believe I made these!

Aww bummer. I really think RaD could've dialed up the good parts of The Order 1886 & dialed down the bad parts if Sony had greenlit a sequel. Same with Microsoft & Ryse. Ooni Week 6 was not great! I used a new dough recipe but something happened where I didn’t get the rise (and thus the puffy crust) I was looking for. First one stuck to the peel (no pic) & the next two burned a bit (see pics). Did the fourth (last 2 pics) at lower temp& it came out better. Onward!

Batman: Arkham Beyond – the Arkham-verse version of Batman Beyond. Come on WB and Rocksteady, it's time! Kevin Conroy is no longer with us, it'd be a fresh start for the franchise, and a great way to turn the page (for the fans AND the studio) without abandoning the Arkham brand Call Will Friedle!
