So the biggest issue with this EO is that it takes independent judiciary and legislative power that the executive is not entitled to. Two other areas; it shapes case law for agency heads. Also, it allows bank regulation changes w/the reserve requirement. www.whitehouse.gov/presidential...

I spent some time reading Jack Smith's final report. Unlike the indictment, it shows what work Jack Smith was doing, How legally Trump delayed it, and How Trump did not actually try to inquire about his 2020 election loss or fraud... thus was set on his fraud with the alternate/fake state electors.
