I read a lot of LitRPG. I really enjoy most of it. I appreciate the self published series that have a few typos but still bring me joy. But in this day & age, I simply won’t read a series that portrays Mexicans as nothing but backstabbers and cartel drug lords. Fuck that noise and that series.

Y'all. I thought I was losing it, that I'd forgotten how to speak Spanish. No... SOME OF THE CHARACTERS ARE SPEAKING CATALAN! For 4 episodes I was like "man, I can only understand anyone from that family about half the time they speak. Guess it's the accent?" Nope. Literally a different language🤦‍♂️
