Book draft into the recycling bin as the electronic text is now with the publisher. Whoop whoop!

After almost a year of practise with a very delicate stencil, we finally managed it. Happy #ShroveTuesday #PancakeDay! 🥞 In 2024, over £1 million of the grants we provided were for general living expenses and energy costs, including milk, eggs and the electricity and gas needed to cook food.

A great morning encouraging new potential theological educators via TEN (the Theological Educators Network) ten.commonawards.org

At the start of the year I needed to cut 20,000 words from my book manuscript. Today I passed the 10,000 mark and I’ve not gone through several sections yet. This thing is doable!

For transparency: I am serving on the Task Force for AI & IP whose survey is now going around (please take it!); I am a machine learning researcher myself; and I wrote this piece describing my own position some time ago: ⚓

A curious feature of here and the other place. Random smiling new male follower who only follows women is definitely spam.

First time with acrylics in a LOOOONG while.

We now have a dedicated children's space in the Cathedral! The space will be open daily for reading, colouring, trying on robes and to learn more about what the fascinating parts of this chapel are all about...

Dairy-free Oreo Cheesecake went down very well again.

This place is definitely better than the other had become & yet there are still a lot of spammy followers. I learned at the other place that taking the trouble to block them is worth it. It reduces the number overall in the end & also means when anyone looks at your followers they’re real.

So pleased to see this starting after all our work to get it off the ground.

Mind blown by the gorgeousness of our programme for 5th April concert in Cirencester. Plus some Ola Gjelio! And then we get to sing a load of Howells on 7th June too! 💗

On this feast of Thomas Aquinas, a reminder of our Academic Dean Oliver Keenan’s recent book. Aquinas' era was defined by conflict and divisive politics, much like our own - his unfailing belief in the power of communication to overcome alienation and despair is an important lesson for us all.
