The feral cat still won’t come inside but she’s liking the pets, food and fresh water. Still thinking she has another home though. Just likes to hang out here once in awhile. I’m good with that.

In a surprise move, four members of the Gillette City Council voted to remove $30,000 in optional 1% sales tax funding from Gillette Reproductive Health, stripping the allocation from the budget for the fiscal year. The council reconvenes tonight for the second of three readings on the budget.

Wyoming's only public university is getting closer to establishing a program that gives free tuition to Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho students who graduate from high school in Wyoming. Tribal representatives feel progress has been delayed unnecessarily.

Working on the Jeeps and set down for a break and had a visit from a black tabby cat. Jumped up and got some pets then left. Didn’t expect that today.
