While I appreciate the snazzy "No Kings" name for protests (conjuring up Schoolhouse Rock "No More Kings" vibes for Gen Xers), it undersells the threat. Americans' view of kings is the modern, figurehead British monarchy. The threat is authoritarian and dictatorial, and we should call it such.

Home from the Bosh, thinking about everything that had to go against UNC's season-long body of work to lose twice. Won 57 straight when leading after 7, had one of the nation's best ERAs, hit 2 top MLB prospects hard the last 2 weeks, and hadn't lost back-to-back in 2025 but 🤷‍♂️

If the higher seed wins the first 5 games (as happened in this regional) then the #2 seed is the home team for *both* deciding games over the top seed. Such nonsense. Also not announcing the game time until after 11pm is annoying but that's what happens when you deal with TV.
