Just learned that the great public sociologist #MichaelBurawoy died 2/3/25. I remember hearing him speak. So inspired by his charge to bring sociology out of the ivory tower and into the streets. I literally cried. But I also laughed at his many jokes which were well delivered! Viva #PublicSociology
