About 4 hours into dragon age the veilguard and my strongest impression is that it’s just kind of amateurish. It feels like the story should have started whenever varric first met rook… wandering around my room, talking about all the good times i had off screen… it’s giving star was II AOC.

Finally finished metaphor refantazio at a cool 76 hours. Maxed out my 4 fav characters. Really enjoyed it overall. Definitely some minor gripes with the story, but i liked the themes and message of the game.

One thing that annoys me about refantazio is that they are obsessed with praising horrific murderers for saying “actually, it was bad that I killed children.” Every time it happens they’re like “he was worthy of respect” like sir, he was killing people jack the ripper style.

Finally finishing up Metaphor Refantazio. It has the classic Atlus feature of making the last 10 hours feel like the same length as rest of the game. I feel like the pacing has been really good up until the last 10-15 hours where it just decided to turn into a kojima game.
