The last two pups of the litter. The brown goes to a good home on Saturday. We're keeping the other one. Any name suggestions?

I had an amazing acupuncture treatment lastnight. I feel like I'm walking on clouds today.

Lovely walk on the beach today.

Really good summary

Word of the Day is ‘bayard’ (16th century): one who has the supreme self-confidence of ignorance.

We've just joined and feeling a little lonely. Give us a follow and say hi! #SpeirGorm

Love this ❤️

Met my old psychiatrist at a conference today. It's been 7 years since I was his patient, but he remembered me. Last time I saw him I was very unwell. Today I was representing the voice of lived experience at the conference. Things can get better.

Been reading a bit about the Celtic calender and the Celtic wheel. Does anyone have any recommendations of reading materials? #SpeirGorm

Back to work tomorrow. Eek.

Merry Christmas everyone. I hope Santa was good.

My fav pic of my two beautiful nieces. The little one I get to meet for the first time tomorrow #Speirgorm

My dad declares every film I put on for him as 'shite'. He's a fan of westerns. Any suggestions? #speirgorm

My birthday on Tues. It has a 0 at the end. I feel privileged to reach it after a decade of struggling really bad with my mental health. My mental health struggles aren't past tense but things are a lot better than they have been. For anyone struggling, keep going. Things can improve. #speirgorm

My sisters arrive for Christmas on Monday. The house is getting the one over. It'll soon be time to take out the Christmas biscuits and Tayto. Bring it on.

As A Christmas Carol plays on our TVs again let us never forget Leo Varadkar, a leader of our country at the time, saying that Tiny Tim should have gotten a job

Has anyone seen the latest season of Bad Sisters. What's your verdict? I'm on Episode 3 at the minute.

My niece has decided that tonight is the night she must practice her tin whistle for the school play. My ears... she's been practicing for the past hour. She's dedicated ill give her that.

Getting into the festive mood by watching the Family Stone. Love it.

I received my Christmas decorations from Mental Health Ireland. All proceeds go towards providing free mental health training in communities. Where will you place your Hope this Christmas?

Did I mention I have a new 7 week old niece. Meet Orla 😀

Had the most beautiful meal with a good friend tonight as an early birthday celebration. Very grateful to be able to reach another decade.

Last year, I began coaching football to u12 girls. It has been more rewarding than I could ever have imagined. Yesterday, 3 of my players made their debut for the Donegal u12 team. I'm so proud of them and all of my girls.

Turns out I set this up a while ago and forgot about it. Hello!

My niece was a mascot this time last year for the Irish team. She met Stephen Kenny and likes to think they're mates 😆 Even she thinks he has to go.

I will be having nightmares tonight 😫

This book is something kinda special! 👌 I highly recommend it. I live the last paragraoh in pg 14. #Wintering #Reading

Loving this book. Perfect recipe for my mind right now.

Evening....

You dont hear much about the power of shame and self stigma on someone's mental health journey. But it was something that had the biggest impact on me and I didnt even realise it. #MentalHealth unwindyourmind.wordpress.com/2022/12/09/t...

Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay. It's also #Budget24 Ironically, there's been very little said about the mental health allocation so far. With the mental health needs of people higher than ever, surely they've allocated more money this year? Or does mental health stigma rise right to the top?

Anyone around the Creeslough/ Dunfanaghy area of Donegal on Sunday October 22nd? Please join me on my fundraising walk for Mental Health Ireland along the old Muckish Railway line. Everyone welcome- get in touch #MentalHealthMonth

Was delighted to see this on Facebook a few days ago and made contact with the poster. This was my granny and granddad's cottage they landed at and I remember being told about it by them as a child. My granny was a notorious Baker and her scones were unrivalled.

Sad to hear about the death or Chuck Feeney. I worked in a few organisations that was lucky enough to receive funding from The Atlantic Philantrophies. His money propped up a lot of organisations in Ireland and there was a huge vacuum when his organisation wound down. #ChuckFeeney
