One of the reasons I've been passing on many LRG releases is that some developers are releasing their own physical versions that are, in fact, WAY better than the LRG versions. Exhibit A: Tomb Raider Remastered. Practically the same price as the retail version with more stuff.

This is just so wild. Finished RE2 remake with Claire now I'm going through it with Leon. Figured I'd turn on the retro costumes. It's just so weird to see old style graphics mixed with the newer ones. Love the fan service! I remember being blown away at RE2's graphics back then.

Resident Evil games have seen CONSTANT remakes/sequels/spin offs since 2018. Mega Man 11 came out in 2018. Aside from some cheap mobile games, there have been no new Mega Man games other than collections of old games. When are we going to get Mega Man 12, @capcomusa.com ?

I was completely tapped on room for posters, but then I decided to remove all my @rustyshackles.bsky.social art, move my Castlevania @squarepainter.bsky.social paintings to my Castlevania wall, and move the RS art to the staircase wall. Today while browsing Buyee for Castlevania stuff (Something I do quite regularly) I found a kiosk demo disk for the Akumajou Dracula X68000 game. These are pretty rare, but while I hemmed and hawed at the price, someone beat me to it. HOWEVER, this sent me on a wild goose chase to play it. 1/2

So, finally received some GOOD health news today. There were concerns that I had an abcess post surgery but after two weeks of antibiotics they've determined it's not an abcess so I can begin my new meds soon! FINALLY sweet relief is coming!

Debating whether I should ditch my copy of Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 on PS3 for Ninja Gaiden Black 2, but honestly, this might've just sold it for me. The original Sonia (Irene) in NG2 looks ridiculous as this doll-like sex doll. They stayed more in line with the character's origins.
