I cringe every time I hear my legal name because it doesn't suit my personality. Anyone else? Many friends and family members go by a shorter version of their legal name (like myself) or prefer a middle name. Some may not hate their first name, but just like a nickname or their middle name better.

Today the staff at my job brought soups. 2 people brought #vegan soups, one of which was the assistant principal. He said "I was gonna use chicken broth, but I found vegetable broth in my cabinet and used that instead so you could eat it" 🥹 It's the little things.

Hey, #vegans of BlueSky! New vegan here after being vegetarian 19 yrs. Cut out animal clothing, entertainment, and animal-tested products yrs ago, and I'm well familiar with dairy-free products due to the dairy sensitivity I've had all my life. No more excuses with what I eat. I feel at peace now 😌
