There we go.

Revisiting a bunch of classic hardcore at the gym, and a reminder: If the hardcore punk band’s guitarist looks anything like this, you are going to die in the pit.

Come on, DoJ, how hard can it be to find someone willing to sign their name to a load of absolute bullshit that blatantly ignores court orders in front of a judge already hinting that holding officials in contempt is the likely next step here.

you have to judge these things on a scale. Is it as big as George Clooney reporting that Biden is old? As big as Tim Walz mixing up what month he was in Hong Kong in 1989? As big as ANTHONY WEINERS LAPTOP?

Trump administration proclaims impotence against El Salvador.

I'll miss Lilly at IU and good luck to her!

Indiana's state leaders have expressed a lot of love for Hungary and Viktor Orban. I'm sure they regard this bit of cruelty as feature and not a bug.

I remember when the common wisdom was that we were controlled by corporations. If only. What we’re seeing now is so bad for business that’s clearly not the case.

As the author of a history of concentration camps, I would like to emphasize that this is a very bad idea, and we should definitely not do it.

Weird, weird people out in the world.

These people are so fucking weird.

This is Ripley. He was nervous about taking the stairs. May have panicked a bit. 12/10

Huh. Sew my head to the carpet. They didn't even wait for their national abortion ban, did they? From @tristansnell.bsky.social email this morning:

I miss Infrastructure Week.

the sick thing is, we have an actual policy that was revitalizing US manufacturing without relying on the nimble hands of underpaid 10yo wastrels it’s called the Inflation Reduction Act and they are shoving it into the wood chipper

America won’t be great again until our American children are toiling away in Nike sweatshops.

I am guaranteeing you all have relatives you can forward this to and who will benefit from it.

It's strange how a tax on the wealthy to build the American infrastructure and health care is too expensive but we can vanish 3 trillion in wealth in 2 days. What would have cost less?
