Jose and Porfirio work under a UFW contract at Swanton Berry in Santa Cruz, CA. They are currently planting new strawberry plants for next year's harvest. They are grateful for their union benefits and are looking forward to having Thanksgiving off as a paid holiday. #WeFeedYou

Today I’ve been writing my reach out emails in response to emails I had my students send first…to parents, copying me and advisor. The idea came from something I heard Catlin Tucker describe a while back. Been doing it (and loving it) ever since.
