não vou dizer que é o único motivo por trás do atraso. mas tenho a certeza que a nossa vida seria muito mais barata caso houvesse uma ocupação do território mais equilibrada. já não dependemos da agricultura, a tendência dos serviços é a deslocalização/trabalho remoto. impõem-se novo ordenamento!
