Equity is about recognizing the value and wholeness of all people. It requires a commitment to make clear, systematic & concrete steps to ensure that all people can access good health, resources & the ability to make decisions about one's own life while respecting the value and lives of others.

Right now a lot of the rights and programs we rely on are being questioned. The new Presidential Administration is attacking everything both to exhaust people and to see what attacks people are most outraged about and which they will advocate for.

Working to stay calm and balanced during chaotic times. To be kind. To set boundaries and focus on what I can control. This is an ultra-marathon, not a sprint. We can't be apathetic or passive but neither can we panic.

Attended a wonderful event the other night speaking to the power of art to connect and transform. Being in our bodies and the moment, conscious of our personal and collective history, and seeking to create beauty, to connect, and to be seen and recognized.
