I’ve found that I have a hard time doing voices after I eat, because when I feel “stuffed”, I have trouble reaching a certain pitch or depth in tone when I’m trying to channel it from the diaphragm. So, that’s something I intend to change going forward. No meals sometime before VA/VO.

Part of the huge infestation and frustration of AI is that you don’t know if someone is intentionally or UNKNOWINGLY relying on it. I’ve talked with older folks who are confused/scared because the (harmless) ClipArt they once used religiously is now mixed with AI generated images because Microsoft.
