If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's intentional. They're calling it "flooding the zone." The intent is to overwhelm and exhaust us so we can not effectively resist. Something simple you can do right now now is to make sure to take breaks and rest.

Woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Me thinks I just need some warmer comfy clothes. I’ve lived in ID long enough to have acclimated but I just don’t like it too much come winter months. I need sunlight. I need a hug maybe, some laughs and coffee!
