The one common thing I see when people learn to write academically, they start with writing how they speak. I tend to speak how I write, leaving me with stilted speech. Writing allows me to say exactly what I want to say, exactly how I want to say it. Speaking is so improvisational and difficult.

It is criminal how much beautiful potential so many neurodivergent people have that's stifled by a world that's so unaccommodating. If you're neurodivergent, I see you, and I see how much you contribute to how wonderful this world can be.
