What a day! Thankfully the roof fix was quick and free since it was their mistake. And at least I wasn't electrocuted or burned to death... but it'll take ages for my room to dry😔 we're in one of the country's most humid regions. Laundry takes like 4 days to dry here! My mattress!😬 my blankets!😭 🥶🥶🥶

Mum feels better! I bullied her into taking some of the more expensive antibiotics not covered by insurance and made her comfy all day yesterday and today with tea, hot water bottles, and comfort food in bed. Still not completely sure we shouldn't go to the doctor but I can see marked improvement🥰

Cut myself peeling potatoes, first time in my life this happens. I'm just too spaced out because of various worries. Debating taking mum to the ER, I think she has a bad urinary tract infection or something. She's stubborn but I super concerned.

Slowly being sepulchred by cats. I've got only one lap and I'm sitting on a chair but when these guys are cold they defy the laws of physics. They can rest almost vertically on my boobs like some sort of half cat half ibex hybrid.
