This framing moves attention away from Trump's guilt. Musk is the disposable designated bad guy, designed to absorb the guilt, then be sacrificed.

I'm going to get deported? My mother was not fully naturalized in 1964 when I was born in Brooklyn. That also means that my three children are also not citizens. When they come for me & mine, my resistance will be loud. This EO is just lies and posturing.

That's the wonderful thing about states of emergency. It's a state of mind, and in this case, the State of mind of a narcissistic unstable egomaniac probably suffering from early stage dementia. Every dictatorship has a perpetual state of emergency, justifying emergency powers.
