Making a batch of L Reuteri yogurt in the sous vide. Also made a batch of kefir yogurt from commercial kefir. It was full of live cultures because it thickened within 4.5 hrs at 100°. Left out on the counter for about 8 hrs. Ready to go in the fridge. Hope to find fellow fermenters here. #ferment

I've become a doomsday prepper now. 🤦‍♀️ Just bought eight 25- lb bags of cat kibble from Costco. Will hopefully keep the cats fed for a while if/when we become a failed state and there's no pet food to be found. #cats #TrumpsAmerica
